Returns Policy

Refunds and Exchange

We currently do not accept returns or exchange for change of mind.

However, if the product has arrived to you in a damaged condition, please contact us within 14 days of arrival and we would be happy to replace the item for you or provide a refund.

To complete the return/exchange of your damaged item, please contact us on the email below. We will require proof of purchase and for the item to be shipped back to us within 30 days of the customer receiving it.

Please use tracked postage - if an item is lost in the postal system without tracking, this will be at the customer's expense.
